Returns & Refund Policy
Please note that according to our Terms of Service the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. A shipping receipt or tracking number alone does not qualify for a refund.
Please include a note with your name and order number inside the package to ensure quick processing.

If you open a chargeback case, additional fees will apply and are your responsibility, regardless of the outcome.

Refunds are processed only after the item has been returned. If you fail to return the product, your case will be escalated, and an additional processing fee will be charged.

A refund from your payment provider does not cancel your legal obligation under § 433 BGB, as the purchase contract exists between the customer and the merchant — not the payment provider.

In the event of an unauthorized refund, a formal notice including case fees will be issued. Continued non-payment will result in the matter being handed over to our debt collection agency.
Since international returns typically take more than 7 days, it is essential to meet the payment deadline to avoid extra costs and legal consequences.
The collection agency may contact you using your postal and contact information. Please note that this process can lead to a negative credit report.
Our system operates manually, so all deadlines must be strictly followed.
Once a case has been transferred to the collection agency, it cannot be reversed or stopped.
We do not engage in discussions regarding the return address — it was agreed to upon purchase and matches the original shipping origin.
If you wish to dispute the matter, you may do so directly with the collection agency; however, this does not affect the deadlines, which remain binding.
If it is later confirmed that you have returned the goods correctly or did not receive your order, we will, of course, refund the product cost.
However, processing fees, interest, and any collection-related costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
